- Goods belong to Thomas Dehling S.L. until its complete payment.

- Freight charges are in customer’s charge, as well as assurance option and customs clearance charges in case of occurrence.

- Goods can be returned in a maximum period of 7 days from reception, always in its original condition, without any handling, damage or labour on it.

- Charges generated by return will be paid by the customer.

- In case of goods lost during transport, these will be replaced only if delivery is insured.

- In case of legal controversy, this will be carried out in Spain, and according to Spanish laws.

- Pieces made to order and made to measure, both in jewelry and cut stone, will be paid 50% in advance and the remaining 50 % on goods delivery.
